We start from the ground up. You’ll learn how to move well, connect to your body, and build strength that supports your daily life.

What’s included:

  • 1 or 2 in-person strength sessions per week

  • Coaching focused on learning the basics first

  • Gradual strength progression tailored to your body

  • Focus on core, control, and energy

  • Optional nutrition support (no calorie counting)
